1. Services Innove Edtech India provides career coaching, business consulting, leadership training, workshops (online/offline), and downloadable learning materials. The delivery and access timelines are defined per service.
2. Payment Terms All services must be paid in full in advance. EMI and subscription options may be provided where applicable. Pricing varies depending on program duration and type.
Refunds will only be processed for eligible services that are not categorized as non-refundable.
E-books and downloadable content are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Refund requests must include the order number, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.
If you have attended any session(s) in a coaching or workshop program, the refund will be prorated based on consumed sessions and administrative charges.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7 business days of confirmation.
No refunds will be processed after 7 days of purchase.
Cancellations for upcoming programs must be made in writing via email, and eligibility will depend on the stage of the program and service terms.
Subscription payments are non-refundable after the start of the billing cycle, but cancellations can be made at any time to avoid future charges.
4. Delivery Policy
E-books and downloadable content are delivered immediately upon payment.
Workshops and online programs will be scheduled and delivered as per program structure.

It is the user’s responsibility to apply the strategies and advice provided during sessions.
