The refund request must include your full name, order ID, and a brief explanation for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for e-books or other digital products that can be downloaded and accessed instantly.
For workshop or coaching program cancellations:
If no session has been attended, a full refund may be granted (excluding transaction fees).
If some sessions have been attended, a pro-rated refund will be issued after deducting consumed session value and administrative charges.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the program has been completed.
For subscription-based services, cancellations will be effective from the next billing cycle. Refunds are not applicable for the current or past billing periods.
In the event of technical issues or service delivery failure from our end, full refunds or service credits may be offered at our discretion.
